Q: What all is included with each ticket purchase?
A: General Admission Ticket Includes: Entrance to ALL of the Participating Showcase Venues.
VIP Ticket Includes: Entrance to ALL of the Participating Showcase Venues, 3 Drink Tickets at VIP Private Bar (Private Bar available after tickets are used), Catered food, Dallas Observer Music Awards T-Shirt, Parking Pass (with purchase of four VIP Passes — redemption details will be emailed after purchase), Access to VIP Restrooms.
Q: Where can I park?
A: There is limited parking in Deep Ellum. We encourage you to take The DART Green Line to the Deep Ellum Station.
Q: Can a minor attend the event if accompanied by a parent or guardian?
A: No. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted into the event. All guests must have a valid I.D. to show at the door.
Q: Can I get a refund for my ticket(s)?
A: No. Refunds will not be issued.
Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A: This event will most likely sell out in advance so waiting to purchase your ticket at the door is not advised.
Q: Is this a rain or shine event?
A: Yes, this event will go on rain or shine.
Q: Can I bring my dog/pet?
A: Sorry. While we are animal lovers, we cannot have pets at this event.
